Access is provided through a secure login-based portal, and once activated, the course is considered delivered.
We provide online and offline training, video courses, live classes, and special workshops. All digital access is delivered through secure login credential(s). Once course access is granted, students can view recorded sessions, live sessions, or materials anytime.
1. Definition of “Access Activation”
“Access Activation” means the moment a student receives login credentials or course access is enabled in the learning portal. From this point, the service is considered fully delivered.
2. No Refund After Access Activation
Because the course becomes available for immediate use, refunds are NOT provided once access is activated.
3. Live Classes, Workshops & Events
Payments made for live classes, webinars, offline training programs, and special events are non-refundable. If an event is rescheduled, participants may attend on the new date without additional cost.
4. Physical Products
Refunds are applicable only for physical study materials in the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged
- A wrong product is delivered
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. Replacement will be arranged after verification.
5. Non-Transferability
Courses purchased from Anbarasan Insurance Academy are strictly non-transferable. They cannot be shifted to another individual or replaced with another course.
