1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our courses, accessing digital content, or using our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.

2. Use of Course Access

All course access is for the registered user only. Sharing login details, screen recording, downloading content, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited.

• One login = One user
• Content cannot be shared, copied, or resold
• Legal action may be taken against unauthorized distribution

3. Digital Course Delivery

All online courses, videos, and training materials are delivered through a secure login portal. Once access is activated, the service is considered fully delivered.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed before course access is granted. EMI, partial payments, or unofficial discounts are not accepted unless explicitly mentioned.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Our refund and cancellation rules follow the policies listed on the Refund Policy page. In summary:

• All course purchases (online or offline) are non-refundable
• No refund after login access activation
• Physical product refunds apply only for damaged or wrong items

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, materials, PDF notes, documents, and media are the intellectual property of Anbarasan Insurance Academy. Students cannot copy, resell, modify, or distribute them.

7. Live Sessions & Events

Timing, trainers, or session format may change based on circumstances. Trainees will be notified of schedule changes when possible.

8. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

• Provide accurate personal and contact information
• Avoid misuse of course content
• Maintain respectful communication with faculty and staff
• Not share login credentials with others

9. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Screen recording or downloading course videos
• Sharing access with friends/family
• Re-uploading content to social media or YouTube
• Misusing AIA brand name for any personal gain

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate course access without refund if a student violates any policy or misuses the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, internet failures, or platform outages. However, we will make every effort to restore access quickly.
